- Phase 4 Libre Study consumption: the app can discover the KJV package from a LibreBible `packages/json/catalog.json` catalog, import files declared by the resource catalog, and retain a local record of the imported LibreBible resource.
- Adopted the convention that every named implementation phase bumps the app version and is committed locally and remotely.

- Initial Windows-first Tauri/React/SQLite scaffold with KJV/Strong's seed data, browser dev mode, native SQLite commands, search, and tags.
