• Starter /api/* routes overlap conceptually with /api/v1/*; decide later whether to keep, deprecate, or document them separately.
• Admin route is a single overview page, not a deep operations console.
• There is no saved-search route yet.
• There is no work-order template route yet.
• There is no real email/push delivery route or webhook yet.
• There is no health/status admin route yet; deployment health currently lives in scripts/health-check.sh.
